Shipping
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand, the United States and Canada through Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.
Based elsewhere? Get in touch and we’d love to explore getting it to you.

Packing your order
Each piece is checked and packed with care. Please allow up to 10 calendar days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

International orders
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees. Unless these are expressly included at checkout, they are payable by the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Returns & refunds
We hope your Casa Beijo find becomes a forever favourite.
All sales are final and we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the photographs, description and measurements before making a piece yours.

Our vintage and pre-loved pieces have lived a little- that’s part of their charm. We carefully check each piece and describe its condition as accurately as possible, including any known imperfections.
